Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Job Overview

Location: Port Orchard, Washington
Facility: Life Care Center of Port Orchard
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Position Details:

• Travel COTA position

• BLS certification required

• Prefer candidates with 1 year of experience

• Less than 1 year of experience: 10% reduced bill rate

• Must maintain 90% productivity

  • Hourly rate decreases by 10% if productivity drops below required level

• Minimum 30 hours/week guaranteed by LCCA (may vary by facility)
