Elara Caring Home Health is seeking a Home Health Nurse with HCHB and OASIS experience to provide patient care across multiple counties.
Coverage Areas:
Howard City, Six Lakes, Tufant, Cedar Springs, Rockford, Belding, Saranac, and surrounding areas

Equipment: tablet, phone, nurse bag
