Location: Denver, Colorado
Facility: Briarwood Health Care Center
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts (Monday–Friday)

Position Details:

• BLS certification required

• Prefer 1 year of OT experience

• New grads accepted (10% reduced bill rate)

• 90% productivity requirement

  • Hourly rate decreases by 10% if productivity falls below 90%

• LCCA policy: Minimum 30 hours guaranteed per week (may vary by facility)
