Occupational Therapist – Job Overview

Location: Hilliard, Florida
Facility: Life Care Center of Hilliard
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Shift: 8-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday)

Position Details:

• Travel OT role

• BLS certification required

• Prefer candidates with 1 year of experience

• Less than 1 year of experience: 10% reduced bill rate

• Must maintain 90% productivity

  • Pay decreases by 10% if productivity falls below 90%

• LCCA guarantees a minimum of 30 hours per week (may vary by facility)
