Occupational Therapist – Travel Assignment

Location: Pueblo, Colorado
Facility: Life Care Center of Pueblo
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Requirements

• Active BLS

• Colorado state license

• Prefer 1 year of experience

• Newer therapists (under 1 year) receive a 10% lower bill rate

Productivity & Pay Notes

• Minimum productivity: 90% billable hours

• If productivity drops below 90%, the hourly rate is reduced by 10%

Additional Information

• LCCA guarantees 30 hours/week (may vary by facility)
