PEDS - PEDIATRICS

Pediatrics – RN

Location: New Britain, Connecticut
Facility: Hospital for Special Care

Position Details:

• Shift: 8-hour Nights (11p–7:30a or 7p–7a)

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• Weekends: Every other weekend

• Scrubs: Royal Blue

Requirements:

• Active RN License

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Must be comfortable handling vents, drips, and trachs

Unit Information:

• Single Pediatric Unit

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:7 – 1:9

• On-call: Not required

• Block scheduling: Possible

Charting System: Meditech
