What You’ll Need:
Active Montana PT license
B.S./M.S. in Physical Therapy
Minimum 2 years of experience
CPR (Healthcare Provider level)
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation with valid insurance
Annual completion of required LMS training
Work Environment:
You’ll provide care across both indoor and outdoor settings, often on your feet for extended periods. Occasional Saturday coverage may be required for inpatient or skilled swing-bed patients.
