Holland Hospital is seeking a Psych RN to step into an inpatient behavioral health role, replacing Valerie’s position and supporting adult patients in a secure, structured environment.
Position Highlights:
Shift: 3 × 12-hour nights (7p–7a)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Unit: Inpatient Behavioral Health (ages 18+)
Experience Required: Previous inpatient psych experience
Training: De-escalation training preferred (Code Strong used but not mandatory)
Certifications: BLS required
Schedule Notes:
Minimum every 3rd weekend
Block scheduling available
No floating; dedicated to psych unit only
Not eligible for 48-hour contracts
Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
