Position: Skilled Nursing RN
Facility: Clark County Rehabilitation & Living Center
Location: Owen, WI
Shift: 8-hour Mids
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Overview:
Clark County Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking an experienced RN for skilled nursing care. Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent long-term care (LTC) experience.

Requirements:

• Active RN License

• 2+ years recent LTC experience

• BCLS certification

• DHHS Background Check

• National/State/County Background Check

• 10 Panel Drug Screen

• Immunizations: 2-Step TB, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella
