Guaranteed Hours: 36

Position Highlights:

• Seeking LTC LPN/RN professionals with 2+ years of recent long-term care experience

• Must hold an active Hawaii LPN/RN license

• BCLS required

Compliance Requirements:

• Active HI LPN/RN License

• Minimum 2 years of LTC experience

• HI DHHS Background

• National/State/County Background Checks

• 10-Panel Drug Screen

• 2-Step TB

• Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella Immunizations
