Shift Options:

• 12-Hour Day Shifts – 36 Guaranteed Hours

• 12-Hour Night Shifts – 7 On / 7 Off (13-week contract)

Position Highlights

• Long-Term Care (LTC) setting

• Night shift role is a certified position

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced LTC environment

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LPN/RN License

• Minimum 2 years of recent LTC experience

• BCLS certification

• HI DHHS background check

• National/State/County background screening

• 10-panel drug screen

• 2-step TB

• Immunizations: Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella
