RN – SNF/LTC

Job Description:

Codinix Healthcare is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) settings in Philadelphia, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and complete healthcare records and reports.
• Administer medications, monitor for side effects or adverse reactions, and document responses.
• Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Record and monitor patient vital signs and medical information.
• Order and interpret medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
• Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Administer non-intravenous medications.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, implement, plan, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Adjust patient treatment plans based on condition changes and responses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ months of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active RN license (state-specific or compact) and current BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
