Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekends & Holidays: None

Tsehootsooi Medical Center is seeking an experienced Certified Wound Care Nurse to provide specialized assessment, treatment planning, and comprehensive care for patients with complex wound and ostomy needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop care plans for patients with acute and chronic wounds
• Provide specialized care for ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, and pressure ulcers
• Implement comprehensive wound and ostomy treatment plans
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care and ostomy management
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate supplies and medical equipment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Support optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based wound care practices

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory wound care certification
• Minimum 3 years of wound care experience
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• ACLS preferred
