Concierge Primary Care Physician

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Concierge Primary Care Physician to join our growing healthcare practice in Washington, DC. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, personalized medical care in a concierge medicine setting with a strong emphasis on preventive care, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences, maintaining a smaller patient panel, and providing comprehensive primary care services with enhanced accessibility and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in a concierge medicine model
• Develop personalized treatment and preventive care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, chronic disease management, and follow-up care
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through proactive communication and continuity of care
• Coordinate specialty referrals, diagnostic testing, and care management when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Offer same-day or next-day appointments and enhanced patient accessibility as needed
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high standards of patient care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active or eligible medical license in Washington, DC
• Minimum of 2+ years of primary care experience preferred
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Strong commitment to patient-centered and preventive care
• Experience in concierge, private practice, or value-based care is a plus
