Concierge Primary Care Physician

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Concierge Primary Care Physician to join our expanding healthcare team in Manhattan, NY. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a physician who values personalized medicine, preventive care, and building meaningful long-term relationships with patients in a concierge healthcare setting.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services with an emphasis on accessibility, wellness, and individualized treatment plans while maintaining a manageable patient panel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services to concierge patients
• Perform annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management
• Develop customized healthcare and wellness plans for patients
• Provide timely follow-up care and enhanced patient communication
• Coordinate specialist referrals, diagnostic testing, and ongoing treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records systems
• Foster strong patient relationships through exceptional bedside manner and continuity of care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active or eligible New York medical license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive, and wellness-focused healthcare
• Previous concierge medicine or private practice experience is a plus
