Position Overview
Continuum Rehab – Odelia Healthcare is seeking a skilled COTA to join the therapy team at Spanish Trails, a well-equipped skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque. The COTA will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to support patient rehabilitation and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver daily occupational therapy treatments to residents
Complete progress notes and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
Support patient care plans in alignment with facility protocols
Engage residents in therapeutic activities to promote functional improvement
Qualifications
Active COTA license in New Mexico
Prior SNF experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
