Role Overview

Continuum Rehab is seeking a COTA to join the therapy team at Fiesta Park, a well-established skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque. This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced rehab team in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy treatments to residents
• Support implementation of care plans created by the Occupational Therapist
• Monitor patient progress and report updates
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Active COTA license in New Mexico or eligibility
• Prior SNF experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
