Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts

• Non-traditional schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks

Role Overview

Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking a COTA to support therapy services in a post-acute care setting. This role focuses on assisting patients in improving daily living skills and functional independence through structured therapy programs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Occupational Therapists with treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy for ADLs and functional tasks
• Track and document patient progress
• Support patients through recovery and rehab goals
• Work closely with the rehab and nursing teams

What You’ll Need

• Active California COTA license
• Experience in SNF/post-acute setting preferred
• Ability to work a non-traditional weekly schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
