Position Summary
Mountain View Post Acute is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on geriatric care and helping residents improve independence and daily functioning.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
Support geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment
Assist with functional activities and rehabilitation goals
Document treatments and patient progress accurately
Experience & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of COTA experience required
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Familiarity with Net Health EMR preferred (not mandatory)
Ability to work in a facility operating 7 days per week
Assignment Details
Shift: 8-hour day shifts
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Coverage: As per facility needs
