Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Jefferson City, Missouri
Facility: Capitol River Wellness and Rehabilitation – Therapy
Shift: Day Shifts
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (04/01/2026 – 07/01/2026)

About the Role

Capitol River Wellness and Rehabilitation is hiring a COTA for a full-time contract within a skilled nursing setting. You’ll work with a steady patient population, supporting therapy plans and helping residents improve daily function and independence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver daily occupational therapy treatments as per care plans
• Assist with functional activities and patient rehabilitation goals
• Document progress using NetHealth and PCC EMR systems
• Work closely with therapists and care teams to support outcomes
• Manage a mixed skilled patient caseload within a 79-bed census facility

What’s Expected

• Active Missouri COTA license
• Prior SNF experience preferred
• Minimum 35 hours/week must be on-site to meet guaranteed hours
• Strong documentation and patient interaction skills
