Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts

The Role

Join the rehab team at Life Care Center of Kirkland as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. You’ll work closely with patients to support daily living skills and functional recovery in a structured care setting.

What You’ll Handle

• Assist Occupational Therapists with treatment plans
• Help patients improve ADLs and independence
• Track progress and communicate updates
• Complete timely documentation

What You Need to Qualify

• Active Washington COTA License (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification
• Team-oriented approach with strong patient care focus

Key Details

• Bill rate is negotiable
• Open to new grads (10% lower bill rate applies)
• 90% productivity requirement
  • Pay reduced by 10% if not met
