Your day-to-day:

• Support OT treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Help patients improve daily living and functional skills
• Track progress and communicate updates to supervising OT
• Maintain clear and timely documentation

What’s expected:

• Active COTA license (LA or compact)
• Ability to manage a steady caseload
• 90% productivity target (pay adjusted if not met)
