Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts

About the Role

Life Care Center of McMinnville is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support its rehab team. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to work closely with patients on improving daily living skills and independence.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy treatment plans
• Support patients with ADLs and functional recovery
• Track progress and communicate updates to the OT
• Maintain accurate documentation

What You’ll Need

• Active Oregon COTA License (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills

Key Details

• Bill rate is negotiable
• New grads welcome (10% lower bill rate applies)
• 90% productivity expectation
  • Pay reduced by 10% if productivity falls below requirement
