Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour day shifts

Role Insight

Step into a consistent weekday role supporting occupational therapy services. You’ll work alongside OTs to help patients regain independence and improve daily function.

Core Focus

• Assist with therapy treatments and care plans
• Support ADLs and functional mobility goals
• Track patient progress and update the team
• Maintain accurate documentation

Eligibility

• Active Washington COTA License (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification
• Strong patient care mindset

What to Know

• Bill rate is negotiable
• New grads considered (10% lower rate applies)
• 90% productivity standard
  • Pay adjusted by 10% if not achieved
