COTA Role – Phoenix, AZ

Facility: Life Care Center of Paradise Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts

What This Role Looks Like

Work alongside Occupational Therapists in a rehab setting, helping patients improve daily function and regain independence through guided therapy sessions.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with occupational therapy treatments
• Support patients with ADLs and mobility tasks
• Track progress and update documentation
• Collaborate with the rehab team

What You Need to Qualify

• Active Arizona COTA License (or compact)
• BLS certification
• Strong patient care and teamwork skills

• Bill rate is negotiable
• New grads welcome (10% lower rate applies)
• 90% productivity expectation
  • Pay adjusted by 10% if not met
