Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts (40 hours/week)

Position Summary

Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare Community is seeking a COTA to support occupational therapy services and help residents improve daily living skills in a structured care environment.

Assignment Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: Day shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering therapy programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Support patients with activities of daily living and functional mobility
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Ideal Candidate

• Active COTA license (Texas or eligible)
• Strong patient care and teamwork skills
• Experience in SNF or rehab setting preferred
