COTA – Outpatient Setting

Location: Waverly, Iowa
Facility: Millennium Therapy – Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community
Schedule: 5 × 8-Hour Day Shifts | Start: ASAP

Role Overview:

Millennium Therapy is hiring an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support outpatient therapy services and assist patients in improving daily living skills and functional independence.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy treatments
• Support patients with therapeutic activities and exercises
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation
• Work closely with the therapy team to ensure quality care

Requirements:

• Active Iowa COTA license or Compact license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New grads not accepted
