Dialysis Nurse | Inpatient Acute Care

Location: Janesville, Wisconsin
Shift: Days
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Rotation: Every other weekend and rotating holidays
On-Call: Approximately 3–4 days per month and one weekend per month

Mercyhealth Michael Berry is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support its Inpatient Acute Dialysis Unit. This position is suited for a skilled RN who can provide specialized patient care, manage complex clinical needs, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments according to established standards
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient safety and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Provide education to patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across departments
• Participate in quality improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Provide clinical support and guidance to other units as needed

Requirements Before Start:

• Current Wisconsin RN License
• AHA Provider-level BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification
• Education verification
• Previous acute dialysis nursing experience
