Dialysis RN | Chronic In-Center Care

Facility: PSKC-Poulsbo
Location: Poulsbo, Washington
Schedule: 10–13 hour shifts | AM & PM
Coverage: Monday–Saturday, based on staffing needs

Puget Sound Kidney Centers is seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to patients receiving chronic, in-center dialysis. The RN will oversee treatment delivery, support patient education, supervise dialysis technicians, and collaborate with the broader care team to promote positive patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee dialysis treatments and monitor patient progress
• Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans
• Administer medications and provide ongoing patient care
• Educate patients on treatment and disease management
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians
• Monitor patient outcomes and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with nephrologists, social workers, dietitians, and other care team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license
• Current AHA BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Previous dialysis experience required
• Acute or ambulatory nursing experience preferred

Additional Assignment Details

The RN must be flexible to work at PSKC clinics across the peninsula, including Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Port Townsend. Availability for both AM and PM shifts may be required based on staffing needs.
