Position: Home Health RN / LPN
Facility: Enhabit Home Health & Hospice
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Shift: 5 x 8 shifts, full-time with on-call rotation
Contract Length: 8 weeks (option to extend to 13 weeks)
About the Role:
Join Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Anchorage to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across the community—including the Valley and Wasilla. This role combines hands-on home health and hospice services with a responsive on-call component to ensure high-quality care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, following care plans and best practices
Respond promptly to on-call situations, completing required tasks and documentation
Utilize HCHB system for accurate record-keeping and care coordination
Support patients and families with education, symptom management, and emotional support
Requirements:
Proven Home Health and Hospice experience
Proficiency in HCHB electronic charting
Ability to respond to on-call responsibilities responsibly and professionally
Valid Alaska RN or LPN license
