Home Health

We are currently seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Burlington area. The position requires conducting approximately 6 home visits per day and utilizing Carevoyant for electronic health records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Active Iowa (IA) RN License

• Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health experience, including OASIS documentation

• BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Compliant with IA DHHS background check

• Clear National/State/County background check

• 10-panel drug screening

• Up-to-date on the following immunizations:

  • 2-Step TB Test
  • Hepatitis B
  • MMRs
  • Tdap
  • Varicella
