Position Overview
Memorial Community Hospital & Health System is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a day-shift assignment. This role is ideal for a flexible clinician who is comfortable supporting both Labor & Delivery and Medical/Surgical units when patient volume requires.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients
Support safe deliveries and newborn care in collaboration with the care team
Assist with Medical/Surgical patient care during periods of low L&D census
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital protocols
Schedule Details
3 × 12-hour day shifts per week
Weekend requirement: every 4th weekend
Required Certifications
BLS
ACLS
PALS
NRP
Additional Details
Scrub color: no restrictions; any color permitted
Experience in L&D is required, with flexibility to task on Med/Surg as needed
