Labor & Delivery RN – Morris, MN

Facility: Stevens Community Medical Center
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Role Overview

This is a versatile RN role for a clinician who can confidently float across OB, Labor & Delivery, Med-Surg, and potentially Nursery. Some support in the ER may also be required when needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in OB and L&D settings
• Float to Med-Surg and Nursery as assigned
• Support patient care across multiple units
• Assist in emergency situations when required
• Maintain safe, high-quality patient care standards

Schedule Details

• 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night rotation)
• No on-call requirement
• No block scheduling available
• Sample schedule can be provided upon request

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• NRP

Additional Requirements

• No pending license accepted
• Scrub color: Navy
• Must be comfortable floating between units (OB, Med-Surg, Nursery; ER support a plus)

A flexible, experienced RN who is confident working across women’s health and inpatient units in a rural hospital setting.
