• Schedule: 35.3 hrs/week (3x11.75 hrs), 7on/7off day shifts
• LTC unit, (~17 residents)
• Start: Oct 2025
• 2yrs experience req.
• Certs: LPN, BLS
• EMR: Athena
• Scrubs: clean, no color requirement
• Covid vax: exemptions allowed
