Manager - RN

We are seeking a working Nurse Manager (RN) for a critical access hospital in Lusk, Wyoming. This management role includes direct floor supervision, schedule coverage, staff development, and rotating clinical duties in Extended Care and ER. The role requires a positive attitude, flexibility, and leadership in a dynamic environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 x 8 day shifts (7:30/8:00am – 5:00pm), with OT possible by CEO approval
• Expected to pick up 2-4 shifts per month
• 26-week contract

Requirements:

• Critical Access experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required; ENPC & NIHSS preferred
• Minimum 2 years similar setting, 1 year supervisory
• BSN preferred

Manager must maintain all licensure, lead floor staff, and participate across ER, Acute Care, Swing Bed, and Extended Care.
