Med-Surg RN | Night Shift Opportunity

Facility: Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center - Janesville
Location: Janesville, Wisconsin
Shift: Nights | 6:30 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Rotation: Every other weekend and holidays
Floating: Travel RNs may be required to float to other units

Join the team at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center as an experienced Med-Surg Registered Nurse. This role is ideal for a clinically skilled RN who can provide safe, compassionate care while working effectively in a collaborative hospital environment.

Role Highlights:

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments according to established standards
• Develop individualized plans of care and provide patient/family education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
• Participate in unit performance improvement and shared governance activities
• Use sound clinical judgment to promote patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately

Required Credentials:

• Current Wisconsin RN License
• Current NIHSS certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Flu vaccination
• Education verification
