Med-Surg Adult RN | Genesis Healthcare System

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 36 hours per week | Every other weekend
Call: Not required

Genesis Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a night-shift assignment. The RN will primarily work on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit and may occasionally float to other Med-Surg areas, including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarder units.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Must be proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry
• Current Epic EMR proficiency is mandatory
• Active BLS certification required
• Strong adaptability for floating between various medical-surgical units

Important: Telemetry competency will be assessed on the first day, and candidates must demonstrate current Epic proficiency. Candidates who do not meet either requirement may be released from the assignment. Unless the RN is a returning Genesis traveler within the past 9 months, the available start date is July 20, 2026.
