Role Overview

This is a 13-week OT assignment in a skilled rehab setting, focused on helping patients regain independence through structured, goal-driven therapy.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and build treatment plans
• Provide ADL-focused therapy and functional training
• Monitor progress and update care plans
• Collaborate with rehab and nursing teams
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
