Position Overview

This OT role is based in a skilled nursing rehab setting, focused on helping patients regain independence through structured therapy and daily living support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ADL training and functional therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans
• Collaborate with rehab and nursing teams
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active OT License (WY or compact eligible)
• BLS certification
• New grads accepted (10% reduced bill rate applies)

Important Details

• Bill rate is negotiable
• 90% productivity expectation
  • Pay reduction applies if not met
