Position Overview

This OT role offers a consistent weekday schedule in a rehab-focused setting, supporting patients in regaining independence through structured therapy and daily living skill development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform patient evaluations and create treatment plans
• Provide ADL training and functional therapy
• Track progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with rehab and nursing teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Work Setup

• 8-hour day shifts
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Immediate start available

Ideal Candidate

A licensed Occupational Therapist who is comfortable working in a rehab/SNF environment and ready to contribute to patient recovery with a steady caseload and structured schedule.
