Role Overview

Emporia Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support a skilled nursing population. This role focuses on helping patients regain independence and improve functional daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs and functional recovery
• Monitor progress and update care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Virginia OT License
• BLS certification
• SNF experience preferred
