We are seeking an Occupational Therapist licensed in Oregon with BLS certification to evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients in Enterprise, Oregon.
Position Details:
Schedule: 36 hours per week, 8 hour day shifts
Shift: 8 hour day shift
Start Date: Early August
Requirements:
Oregon state OT license
BLS certification
Experience with pediatric and adult evaluation and treatment
Some SNF inpatient and outpatient experience required
36 hour guarantee with consistent daytime hours.
