Role Overview

Life Care Center of Kirkland is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing environment. This role focuses on helping residents regain independence and improve functional daily living skills through structured therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ADL training and functional rehabilitation support
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active OT License (Washington or compact eligible)
• BLS certification required
• New graduates accepted (10% reduced bill rate applies)

Important Details

• Bill rate is negotiable
• 90% productivity requirement
  • Pay reduction applies if productivity is not met
