Occupational Therapist

Name: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Assignment Length: 13 weeks (extensions possible)
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week, Monday–Friday

Schedule Notes:

• Occasional weekend or holiday coverage required

• Must be willing to float to acute-care rehab during PTO or call-outs

• Requested Time Off (RTO) should be listed with submission

Candidate Requirements:

Must-Have:

• OTR/L (MOTR/L) credential

• Active Montana OT license

• 3+ years pediatric OT experience

• 2+ years acute-care OT experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Advanced pediatric certifications (NDT, SIPT, etc.)

• Previous Level I or II fieldwork in acute care

• Prior travel assignments (≥2 contracts)

Skill Highlights:

• Evidence-based pediatric interventions (sensory processing, developmental delays, feeding)

• Acute-care competencies: ADL retraining, discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration

• Strong documentation skills in Cerner or similar EHR

• Team-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working in a small rural hospital setting
