Occupational Therapist

We are currently hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a weekday assignment offering stable hours, a supportive environment, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. This position is ideal for motivated therapists who are comfortable with productivity expectations and enjoy working independently in diverse settings. 

Position Overview: 

• Role: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) 

• Shift: Monday to Friday – 8-hour day shifts 

Requirements: 

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – mandatory 

• Preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent OT experience 

• Candidates with less than 1 year of experience are eligible but will receive a 10% reduced bill rate 

• Licensure: Must hold an active and valid OT license for the applicable state 

• Must be able to work independently and adapt quickly to different clinical environments 

Productivity Expectations: 

• Therapists are expected to spend at least 90% of their time on billable client care 

• If productivity drops below 90%, an hourly rate reduction of 10% will be applied 

• Accurate and timely documentation of services provided is required to maintain compliance 

Guaranteed Hours: 

• A minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed as per LCCA policy
