KEY Rehab at Prairie Ridge Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time weekday schedule (5×8s). This role is centered around helping patients improve independence and daily functioning in a skilled rehab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Support ADLs and functional mobility goals
• Track progress and update care plans as needed
• Collaborate with the rehab and nursing team

Requirements:

• Active Iowa OT License (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical and patient care skills

Important Details:

• Rate is negotiable
• New grads accepted (10% lower bill rate applies)
• 90% productivity expectation
  • Pay reduced by 10% if not met
