Shift: 5 × 8-hour day shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
About the Role:
Join Robert Lee Care Center as an Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Provide care for 7–8 patients per day, helping residents achieve their therapy goals.
Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions.
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Track progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Active Texas OT license.
SNF experience preferred; no new grads.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
