Position Overview

Prestige Care and Rehabilitation – Sunnyside is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their rehab team. This role offers flexible scheduling in a 24-hour facility, allowing therapists to choose shifts that best fit their availability while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered therapy to support functional independence
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize recovery
• Adapt care delivery across different shift schedules as needed

Schedule Flexibility

• Open to 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Shift options: Days, Evenings, or Nights (facility operates 24/7)
• Flexible scheduling based on therapist preference

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license (Washington or eligible)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a skilled nursing environment
