Facility: Millennium Therapy – Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community
Shift: 5 × 8-hour day shifts

Position Overview

Millennium Therapy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their outpatient clinic team. This role is best suited for a clinician who is confident working independently in an outpatient rehab environment and can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient OT evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide individualized therapy to improve patient function and independence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with therapy and clinic staff to support patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active Iowa OT license or Compact License (required)
• Outpatient experience required
• No new graduates accepted
• Strong clinical and communication skills
