Position: Occupational Therapist
Facility: Life Care Centers of Waynesville
Location: Waynesville, Missouri
Shift: 8-Hour Days | Monday – Friday

Overview:
Life Care Centers of Waynesville is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team on a travel assignment. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services to residents in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to clients

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes

• Ensure productivity of at least 90% of billable hours treating clients

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (state-specific or compact)

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; new grads considered at 10% reduced bill rate

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• 30 hours guaranteed per week (may vary by facility)

• Productivity-based pay structure: falling below 90% billable hours reduces pay by 10%
