Position Overview
Specialists Hospital Shreveport is seeking an experienced OR RN to join their surgical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with orthopedic and neuro procedures, including Mako Robot-assisted surgeries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide perioperative nursing care for orthopedic full joint procedures and neuro spinal fusions
Operate and assist with Mako Robot-assisted surgeries
Maintain patient safety and follow all OR protocols
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
Current RN License
Mako Robot experience required
Ortho Full Joint & Neuro Spinal Fusion experience
BLS & ACLS certifications
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
